Schlimm
Ich kann die Erfahrung von der vorherigen Bewertung nur bestätigen. Die Syna ALK ist entweder total überlastet oder einfach nicht kundenorientiert. Es braucht immer ca. 50 Anrufe bis mal das Telefon abgenommen wird.
Man sucht 1000 Gründe, die Neuanmeldung / Bearbeitung zu verzögern.
Niemand kann eine englische Kündigungsbestätigung lesen/verstehen ???
Ich wünschte mir, es hätte solches feedback im Internet gegeben, dann hätte ich diesen Fehler mich bei der Syna anzumel...

Worst experience ever
I would recommend all those who lost their job to please go to Cantonal ALK. They work so smoothly and meticulously. I listerlally have to fight for my money with ALK Syna wherein my other ex-colleagues got their money on time just like Swiss Government works. ALK Syna most definitely lacks way behind to cope up with Swiss working standard. Trust me you will end up I'm depression with Syna ALK. They are not motivated to work at all. They never reply your email or calls....
