International Registries, Inc. and its affiliates (IRI) provide administrative and technical support to the Republic of the Marshall Islands(RMI) Maritime and Corporate Registries. IRI has been administering maritime and corporate programs since 1948. The RMI Registry is the third largest registry in the world, surpassing 106 million gross tons in June 2014. IRI has a network of 25 worldwide offices that have the ability to register a vessel or yacht, including vessels under construction, record a mortgage or financing charter, incorporate a company, issue seafarer documentation, and service clientele. Vessel types include, but are not limited to: tank ships; LNG/gas carriers; bulk carriers; container ships; offshore drilling, production, or service units; passenger vessels; and yachts. Maritime Services Seagoing vessels of any tonnage engaged in foreign trade are eligible for registration in the RMI. Ownership of RMI. Ownership of RMI registered vessels and yachts must be through an RMI business entity. Entities such as corporations, general or limited partnerships, limited liability companies or qualified foreign maritime entities are sufficient for this purpose. The RMI has been included on the United States Coast Guard' s Qualship 21 roster for the tenth consecutive year and continues to be included on the White lists of both the Paris and Tokyo Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs). In addition, the RMI meets the flag criteria for a low risk ship under the Paris MoU New Inspection Regime. Age Sa, attiva nella distribuzione di acqua potabile, gas naturale ed elettricità, è l’Azienda di servizi industriali di Chiasso, Comune che ne detiene la totalità del capitale azionario. A beneficiare dei suoi prodotti, consumatori privati, commerciali ed industriali residenti nella città di confine e nei Comuni convenzionati. Essa si occupa di fornire energia elettrica ai Comuni di Chiasso, comprese le frazioni di Pedrinate e Seseglio, Balerna, Morbio Inferiore e Vacallo; l’elettricità, proveniente dal portale di partenza della Sottocentrale Tana di Mendrisio facente capo all’Azienda Elettrica Ticinese (AET), viene trasportata a Chiasso tramite un elettrodotto da 50 kV e distribuita in media e bassa tensione nei Comuni sopra menzionati. A questi Comuni, ai quali si aggiungono Coldrerio, Novazzano e, in minima parte, Castel San Pietro, Age Sa eroga pure il gas tramite una rete di condotte sotterranee. Con la costituzione nel 2001 della Società anonima, il Comune di Chiasso, proprietario delle infrastrutture dell’acquedotto comunale, ha dato mandato ad Age Sa di gestire la distribuzione dell’acqua potabile all’interno della propria rete idrica. Una scelta che, negli anni seguenti, è stata fatta anche dai Comuni di Balerna (2005), Vacallo (2009) e Morbio Inferiore (2011), i quali hanno incaricato Age Sa della gestione tecnica dei propri acquedotti e, per quanto riguarda Vacallo, anche amministrativa. Per rispondere efficientemente e in tempi brevi alle necessità dell’utenza servita, Age Sa, con i suoi 60 collaboratori suddivisi tra squadre esterne ed amministrativi – dispone di un picchetto 24 h su 24 raggiungibile tramite il numero unificato 0840 22 33 33 . Alla distribuzione dei tre prodotti principali, Age Sa affianca altri servizi. Per esempio essa mette a disposizione di chi ne fa richiesta fibre ottiche posate nelle proprie infrastrutture. Hallo " Das sind die besten Pumpen die ich kenne. Ich bin so voll zufrieden. Das ist meine Tägliche Wasserversorgung für : Bad , Küche , Waschen ,Garden , das ist die Pumpe die ich brauche und das schon seit über 30 Jahren. Ich bin auf eine Pumpe angewiesen, und zum Glück gibt es die KSB , das ist unsere Pumpe unser Pumpwerk unser Wasserversorgung ohne die KSB kein Wasser.
