Contacted them to see if they could repair a particular fridge freezer. Gave them the brand, model number, year of purchase (16 years before) and description of the problem. They said they could fix any fridge. Once they arrived, we were told it wasn't fixable! They then sent me a proposal to sell me a new one days later. When I didn't buy from them, at twice the price I paid for elsewhere, they sent a bill for their time, 9 months after their visit. When payment was refused they took the matter to the Poursuites in the middle of the Pandemic.

Même si le service avant vente peut sembler passable, le manque de professionnalisme de cette entreprise est notoire: commandes non conformes, service après vente inexistant... à fuir

Ayant été client chez de grande chaine d'électroménager, Monsieur Chollat m'a offert tout ce que ces grande enseignes n'ont pas: Le temps de bien diagnostiquer le problème, réparation moins cher et dans mon cas, une très bonne offre pour une nouvelle machine à très bon prix. Pas de cout caché, reprise de l'ancienne machine gratuite et personnalité sympathique; y'a rien a redire!
