Hello!

We are Team Pöstli (Jorge & Kerstin), owners of Restaurant Pöstli here in Eischoll – and anyone who stops by will quickly realize that this restaurant is more than just a business. It is our heart's desire. Together with our chef, I don't just cook menus – we create dishes that arise from ideas, conversations, memories, and always with a clear focus: honest, seasonal, regional, and with attention to detail.

What we serve on our plates does not come from wholesalers, but directly from local farmers.

• We only servemeat from animals that have been raised humanely and with respect.

• We sourcevegetables, herbs, and fruits fresh and seasonal—just as nature provides.

• We cook responsibly: whether vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or for allergies—we listen, take your needs into account, and find solutions.

Our menu changes with the seasons – keeping things exciting, creative, and lively. Nevertheless, there are dishes that our guests would not want to miss – our classics, which are always in demand and recommended.

And that's exactly what we want to be: a place where you can arrive, take a deep breath, eat well, and simply enjoy staying.

The feedback we receive – both online and in person – means a lot to us. Some guests even send us thank-you cards. Others travel from abroad because someone told them about us. These connections make our work special.

🌉 And those looking for a special experience can walk to the neighboring village via the suspension bridge, where a cozy barrel sauna awaits, which can be rented privately. Perfect for a relaxing end to an active day.

Located in the center of the village – just a two-minute walk from the Raron–Eischoll cable car – our restaurant is easily accessible, with free parking right in the village center.

The small alleyway that leads to us tells a story: with traditional wooden houses, mountain air, and a feeling of yesteryear. And then you stand there – in front of the Pöstli. And when you come in, you realize: here, people matter.
