Les Celliers du Chablais SA

A member of the Fédération Vaudoise des Vignerons (F.V.V.) and a partner of the Cave Vaudoise, the Association Vinicole d’Aigle plays an active role in professional organizations and promotional activities organized by the Office des vins vaudois (O.V.V.). It is also affiliated with the Fédération des Caves Viticoles Vaudoises, a professional advocacy and economic promotion body for its members' products, whose role extends to representing them within professional organizations, notably the Communauté interprofessionnelle des vins vaudois (C.I.V.V.). Today, the association continues to exist, but has now become the public limited company Les Celliers du Chablais.

Heirs to a long history, the wines of Aigle and Yvorne are highly regarded. Here, it is the quality of the soil, the terraced vineyards, and environmentally friendly viticulture that make the difference and give our wines their reputation.

WINES THAT DO HONOR TO THE APPELLATIONS OF AIGLE AND YVORNE

Thanks to rigorous plot selection, the fifty-five hectares of vineyards belonging to the Association Vinicole d'Aigle are planted with grape varieties chosen according to the specific characteristics of the soil, climate, and exposure of each vine. Strict maturity controls, manual harvesting in small crates, and vinification techniques selected according to the harvest also contribute to enhancing the quality of our wines.
