Unverschämtheit bei Kosten und Service

Musste mein MAC BOOK reparieren lassen, es gingen ein paar Tasten nicht. Für einen Kostenvoranschlag eingereicht. Dieser kostet ca. 200 CHF nur für einen Kostenvoranschlag, wenn keine Reparatur gemacht werden sollte. Dies finde ich sehr unverschämt und zeigt von keinerlei Kompetenz. Ich werde diesen "Laden" keinen weiterempfehlen! Wenn man für einen Voranschlag 200 CHF zahlen muss.!!
