Ich hatte vor Kurzem meinen alten Laptop bei Herrn Kantermann in Reparatur und er bietet hierfür einen einwandfreien Service. Bei Unklarheiten meldet er sich vorab telefonisch, um abzuklären ob die Reparatur durchgeführt werden soll und ist für mögliche Rückfragen jederzeit erreichbar. Die vereinzelten negativen Bewertungen sind meiner Erfahrung nach nicht gerechtfertigt und absolut nicht nachvollziehbar! Es wird ein schneller und durchweg zufriedenstellender Service zu sehr guten Preisen angeboten. Ich komme bei Bedarf gerne wieder & werde auch Bekannte an ihren Reparaturservice vermitteln. L'espace est très accueillant et ça donne envie de tout visiter car la disposition des instruments attise la curiosité du client qui vient pour la première fois. De plus, les vendeurs et réparatrice adorent échanger leurs expériences et savoir faire. J'ai pu agréablement faire mon choix et mettre de côté les instruments pour revenir un jour où il y avait moins de personnes et nous avons pu élaborer un mode de payement calmement, ce qui me mettait très à l'aise.
