Whether you suffer from a heel spur, hindfoot instability or forefoot problems, we can help. The options are numerous and the results will impress you. We will find an individual solution to your problem based on your symptoms and needs.

The range of orthopaedic footwear technology services is divided into two main groups:

1. minor orthopaedics
2. severe orthopaedics

1. Minor orthopaedics includes aids such as insoles, shoe modifications, special and orthopaedic series shoes, comfort shoes, medical aids such as toe pressure protection, bandages, standardized ankle orthoses, support bandages, compression stockings, viscoelastic wedges, etc. The insurance cover varies greatly. For example, insoles or comfort shoes are not included in basic health insurance, but SUVA, for example, covers the costs of insoles or stabilizing shoes. Depending on the insurance contract in the supplementary insurance policies, benefits are paid for insoles. Such claims must be clarified in each individual case.

2. Severe orthopaedics includes custom-made orthopaedic shoes and inner shoe or lower leg orthoses. These are in the upper price segment and are covered by partial social insurance benefits. Only qualified orthopaedic shoemakers are entitled to supply them.
