After running a bakery, pastry shop, and confectionery for over 15 years, Michel Daetwyler decided to take on a new challenge: promoting the Jura region through delicious products.

 

An initial range of four cookies labeled TERROIR JURA REGION, as well as chocolate specialties, are available in various stores throughout the region.

To expand his range of cookies, Michel likes to take the time to research and select new local ingredients to showcase.

Already several medals

Almost all of our products have already received an award at the Swiss Local Products Competition, and our Damassine truffles won a gold medal at the Damassine AOP and Derivative Products Competition.
