Kinesiology is a cause-oriented and holistic method for finding and balancing blockages in the energy system and stress reactions. As a result, potentials are promoted, self-healing powers are activated, well-being, health, performance and quality of life are improved.
The energy balance is achieved with techniques from Chinese teachings, findings from medicine, psychology and other sciences.
The muscle test serves as a working tool. It is used to test the effect of internal and external influences (thoughts, feelings, stressors, etc.) on the organism. Both weakening and strengthening influences result in changes to the energy flow and muscle tension, which can be perceived via the muscle test.
The conversation is also of great importance in the kinesiology session. Clients are accompanied in their process of self-awareness, goal setting and positive change.

I accompany and support clients in their process of self-awareness, self-knowledge and self-responsibility. Kinesiology techniques are used to dissolve blockages, address the subconscious and make it possible to experience new things. Kinesiology is used as a holistic method on all levels.
