Myofascial release

I have been combining kinesiology with individual elements of myofascial release since 2017. The cause of many symptoms often lies in deep-seated hardening, shortening or adhesions of the fascia. When these become supple and slippery again, cleansing processes begin in the body. A new feeling of lightness and vitality sets in.
