Would you like to achieve a goal, change something or do you have pain or restricted mobility? Do you want to achieve something easily, gently and always at the pace that suits you? Do you see "body, mind and soul" as one unit and trust that it takes all of them to achieve lasting change?

Welcome to my practice. I will guide you through your personal change process. A long word, for the feeling of "something has to happen now", "it can't go on like this" or "I don't want XX or YY anymore". These processes don't always run from A to B like a race track. I believe that everything you need to solve problems is already inside you. Together we will discover how we can turn your wishes into achievable goals. We will find strengths in your experiences and identify potential troublemakers as blockages.

How we do this

The work is as individual as you are. That's why we design the process free of prescriptions and patent solutions.

Through kinesiological balances we reduce stress on various levels. We supplement this very physical approach by using the power of thought through various visualization and relaxation techniques. If words are not effective or cannot be found, we are guided by various kinesiological tests and the language of scents. This is always with the aim of stimulating your self-regulation on various levels.

Kinesiology

Modern kinesiology encompasses a variety of concepts and techniques to detect and reduce stress using muscle testing .

In developing these concepts, the founders combined and linked the teachings of Chinese acupressure with Western medicine  (anatomy, physiology, pathology).

The human being is viewed holistically: Its structure, its chemistry and functioning, its emotions and its energy flow.

We use kinesiological balances to reduce stress at various levels. This supports self-regulation ("self-healing") and releases resources.

Kinesiology is a method of complementary therapy. The professional profile and principles, as well as the completion of the federal diploma, form the framework and design of my work.
