With the "Fusion Kitchen", SAMAWAT combines food cultures from different countries and carefully creates new, sophisticated dishes. The foundation and role models of our "fusion cuisine" are: Switzerland, Southern Europe and, in connection with our Ayurvedic preparation methods, the countries of India and Sri Lanka. For ecological reasons, we source our food primarily and, wherever possible, regionally. Understandably, there are natural spices, herbs and vegetables that are only authentically available from their countries of origin. The SAMAWAT team lives the "fusion kitchen" ideology with enthusiasm and focuses on quality and flavor nuances.

Our restaurant is located near the train station and the shopping mile, in a quiet and pleasant location, in the heart of the city of Biel/Bienne.
