Description
The Billens cheese dairy was built in 2005. It brings together the villages of Billens, Hennens and Villaranon. The quantity of milk processed annually is 3.7 million kg. It is delivered twice a day by 18 producers. In the production department, 4 workers and 2 apprentices work with the manager. They combine their passion and skills to create authentic, quality products. In the store, 4 saleswomen and the owner will be happy to serve and advise you, to fulfill your desires and needs.
A vending machine is located in front of the cheese store. So you can come in at any time to make your purchases.
