Located at an altitude of 900 meters in a verdant setting, our cheese dairy processes fresh milk from local cows into delicious cheese, cream, butter and other cheese products.Gruyère PDO and Vacherin Fribourgeois PDO are among our creations. Our geographical location gives our products an authentic taste of the Gruyère terroir.
