LS maninpasta was born in July 2020 with the retirement of an old pasta factory that had been well integrated in the region for years.

Livio Stacchi, a Ticino native born in 1970 who grew up in Biasca, embarked on his apprenticeship as a cook at the renowned Albergo della Posta at Giovanni Piccioni's, the profession immediately excited him by giving him the opportunity to wander (his second great passion: travel).

First in Switzerland (Flims, Lenzerheide - St. Moritz - Laax - Aarau - Cademario), then around the world (England - Israel - Australia - New Zealand - Japan).

Displaced, he settled in Ticino and for a good 17 years ran a small hotel in Val Verzasca with his family.
But Livio's adventure does not end, at the threshold of 50 he turns over a new leaf in his life and decides to take on a new challenge, turning his hard work as a cook around by dedicating himself to all things PASTA!
