La Cave Frédéric Zufferey SA is a renowned winery located in the heart of Chippis, Valais. Founded in 1986 by Frédéric Zufferey, the family business currently manages around 13 hectares of vineyards, including the famous Clos de Géronde. With a philosophy that combines deep respect for nature and the human factor, the winery produces 15 different grape varieties, with a focus of two-thirds on red wines. Specialties include the 'Brin de Folie' blend and the Merlot from Clos de Géronde. The estate relies on manual vine care and limited use of phytosanitary products to preserve the authenticity of the terroir.
