Claude-Alain Christen runs an SME with 25 employees. He has always had the same attention to detail and fierce determination to promote meat purchased from carefully selected local producers. "I remain a craftsman who masters the entire production process, from the supplier to the finished product," he says proudly. "That's what makes me love my job and sets me apart from the competition."

Claude-Alain Christen explains his perfectionism by his love for his profession. He always keeps in mind respect for tradition, his customers, and of course the animals at the very beginning of the chain: "The quality of the meat reflects the living conditions of the cows. Since my childhood on the farm, I have never forgotten that."
