La Boulangerie Millioud was founded in 1896 by Emile Millioud. Subsequently, his son Robert took up the torch
as did his grandson Marcel.

In 1986, André Millioud found himself at the head of the company. With the help of his wife Catherine, he successively opened two branches: in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne in 1991 and then in the Renens SBB station in 1998. In 2014, the Lausanne store was opened.

The future of the bakery seems assured as André and Catherine's son Jonathan has a CFC in pastry-making
and baking, while their daughter Aurélie is training in business management.
