Fromagerie d'Echarlens is located in the heart of Gruyère, surrounded by mountains, meadows, and a lake. The dairy is currently run by the third generation of the Pasquier family, with craftsmanship and quality being passed down from father to son. The creamery receives milk twice daily from local producers in Écharlens and surrounding areas (regular milk) and from Morlon (organic milk), 365 days a year. They produce AOP Greyerzer, AOP Freiburger Vacherin, butter, double cream, Sérac, and homemade Reblochon.
