Trigal restaurant
The Trigal restaurant was founded in 2005.
It was founded by Luis Coutinho, a trained chef who has always worked in the restaurant business.
He heads up the establishment and a team of 8 employees, offering varied dishes from Italian, French and Swiss cuisine that will delight young and old alike!
The kitchen is open from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm (until 2:30 pm on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays) and from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
Chez Trigal we offer a variety of Italian, French and Swiss specialties such as:
- charbonnade à gogo
- fondues with half-and-half cheese, morels or boletus
- penne with shrimp and crab
- perch fillets from Lake Geneva
With 96 indoor and 120 outdoor seats ideally spread over two terraces, the restaurant welcomes individuals wishing to celebrate their birthdays, weddings, christenings or communions.
