Trigal

The Trigal restaurant was established in 2005.

It was founded by Luis Coutinho, a trained chef who has always worked in the restaurant industry.

 

At the helm of the establishment and a team of eight employees, he offers a variety of Italian, French, and Swiss dishes that will delight young and old alike!

The kitchen is open from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (until 2:30 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays) and from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

 

At Trigal, we offer a variety of Italian, French, and Swiss specialties, such as:

 

• charbonnade galore
• half-and-half cheese fondue, morel mushroom fondue, or porcini mushroom fondue
• penne with shrimp and crab
• perch fillets from Lake Geneva

 

With 96 seats inside and 120 seats outside, ideally spread over two terraces, the restaurant is happy to welcome individuals wishing to celebrate their birthdays, weddings, baptisms, or communions.
