Arcade sages-femmes / Sages-femmes à domicile

L’Arcade des sages-femmes is a non-profit association that develops activities focused on prevention and health promotion. Founded in 1994, it was recognized as a public utility in the same year and receives a subsidy from the State of Geneva under the law on home care.

L’Arcade midwives also offers:

• A collective of midwives who organize daily home visits, postpartum care, pregnancy care on medical orders, and breastfeeding support

• Complete pregnancy monitoring by a midwife

• Consultations in aromatherapy, homeopathy, and hypnosis

• Group classes to prepare for childbirth

• Childbirth preparation in foreign languages for migrant women: registration at L'Arcade sages-femmes

• Individual childbirth preparation classes

• Other pre- and post-natal classes at Arcade or other locations: mother-baby gym, haptonomy, baby massage, Ayurvedic massage, swimming for pregnant women, babywearing, meetings for future fathers, yoga
