We attach great importance to the traceability of our products, which is why we work with short supply chains and promote GRTA products.
The pigs come from Château de Crest in Jussy, owned by Mr. Meyer.
The poultry comes from Mr. Chenevard in Jussy and Mr. Grolimund in Satigny.
The beef is exclusively raised outdoors in our various Swiss cantons. We take care to let it mature for several weeks in order to make it an exceptional product and thus respect the continuity of the work of our farmers, without whom we would not exist.

Ancien professionnel de la restauration, client choyé, toujours bien servi, avec des produits choisis, je ne comprends pas que l'on aille ailleurs.
