Work integration

Employment gives people self-confidence and independence. The Terra Vecchia Foundation supports people on their way into the world of work with its tailored measures.

The main aim of our services is to encourage and support people on their path to professional integration. The offers differ in terms of duration, objectives, counseling effort and work opportunities.

Target group
The services are aimed at young people and adults between the ages of 15 and 65 who

want to regain a foothold in the world of work,
• want to develop new prospects

Social therapy

Develop new self-confidence and strengthen your personality: With Terra Vecchia's social therapy services, people find their place in society again.

Residential support

The journey into the world of work has begun - the inclusion of the residential situation is indicated for support: Young people and adults who are working with the Terra Vecchia Foundation on their professional integration, can also benefit from the residential services on offer. The focus here is on promoting practical life skills - above all the ability to live at home.

The central specialist and information point receives all inquiries, checks them and puts together a suitable offer for interested parties.
