Karelia-Stiftung

The assets available to the Karelia Foundation are used to generate income for the following purposes:

– Support for the welfare fund of the Weavers' Guild, to fulfill guardianship and social welfare tasks.

– Supporting the welfare and poor relief funds of other Bernese guilds and societies.

– Supporting other people in need of assistance in the canton of Bern.

Within the scope of the foundation's purpose, the foundation board decides on the investment of the foundation's assets and the use of the income.

The Karelia Foundation helps socially disadvantaged people.
