Favourable vacations for families on a tight budget

We see it as our social responsibility to offer a break to people who cannot afford it at regular prices. Nobody wants to be in precarious circumstances. But almost anyone can be hit by illness, a stroke of fate or the loss of a partner.

Holiday aid for families

Families in precarious circumstances - many living below the poverty line - cannot afford to take their children on vacation. This is where we step in. For a solidarity contribution of CHF 200, families can spend a week in a Reka vacation village, a Reka vacation apartment or a Swiss youth hostel. Everything is set up there so that guests big and small can feel at home, let off steam and relax.

Holiday help and offers for single-parent families

Single mothers or fathers are particularly challenged in everyday life. A single person has to take on all the responsibility and attention for the children, provide for their livelihood and organize everyday life. The Reka Holiday Assistance Foundation has developed an offer specifically tailored to their needs. The support creates valuable family time.

Residual funding for vacation camps

Small breaks from everyday life are good - especially for people with disabilities. That's why we support them. Like many others, vacations are one of the highlights of the year for children and young people with disabilities. They bring variety, new impressions and stimulation. We provide the remaining funding for supervised vacation camps in Switzerland. So that no one has to stay at home.
