Firstly, just before you fall asleep and just before you wake up. Under hypnosis, you always remain in control and can end the hypnosis yourself at any time if you wish.

In my clinical work, there were always patients who I could not help with surgical-operative or conservative-orthopaedic methods. This encouraged me to incorporate the psychological factor into the treatment. Since 2019, I have been carrying out hypnotherapy for various indications (chronic pain, burnout, panic and anxiety attacks, post-traumatic disorders, birth trauma, etc.).
