The personnel service of the municipality of Horgen is responsible for the entire personnel management of the municipal administration of Horgen (with the exception of school staff). The personnel service supports line managers in the recruitment of new employees. It is also responsible for the secretariats of the Personnel Committee and the Job Evaluation Commission.
