I have been involved in conventional medicine since I was 16 years old. Initially as a nurse and after completing a postgraduate degree in intensive care nursing, I have worked in various intensive care units for the last 18 years.

In all these years, I have also taken a keen interest in complementary medicine. I have completed various training and further education courses in massage (classic and sports massage), biokinematics, Feldenkrais etc. and trained as a professional masseur.

My interest in naturopathic practice turned into a fascination and I decided to break new ground professionally. I successfully completed my studies in traditional European naturopathy in 2015.

In naturopathy, then as now, people believed in the self-healing powers of and in nature. The practitioner stimulates these forces.
I am a licensed naturopath (NVS-A member, EMR, ASCA, Visana EGK recognized) and can help with the following complaints, for example:

• Fatigue and exhaustion
• Sleep problems / nervousness
• Back pain
• Complaints during the menopause
• Problems in the gastrointestinal tract
• Skin problems
• Warts
• ADHD / ADD
