Medical massage is an intensive treatment method that has a dual effect. On the one hand, the manual manipulation relieves tension, adhesions and hardening and thus helps directly on the spot. On the other hand, the massage provokes a number of indirect reactions. For example, massage promotes the removal of waste products, stimulates the metabolism and has a reflective effect on internal organs.
