... is a place offering care and well-being activities and also focusing on energies to regain our body's harmony.

Tania created this space in the center of Lausanne in 2002. She offers different types of massage, whether for relaxation, to relieve physical problems such as migraines, neurological disorders, backache, bone lesions or organic problems, or to rebalance our different energies. Alongside these activities, yoga and relaxation classes take place at Espace Santé Harmonie, taught by other professionals.

Classic massages

There are many different types of massage. Here I present some of the classic massages I offer. It's possible to mix massage types, so if you have a wish or a question, don't hesitate to contact me.

Relaxing massage or the pleasure of being massaged...
A good massage relaxes and re-energizes muscles, boosts blood and lymph circulation and loosens joint tissues. It positively influences energy centers and eliminates stress. It helps you feel your body better.
Massage with sweet almond oils or lotion
Recommended duration: from 1 hour

Back massage
Back massage aims to relax the back and release accumulated tension.

Sports massage
Sports massage helps you recover better after exercise or improve your performance by preparing your body. It can be focused on a specific part of the body (the legs, for example).

Anti-cellulite massage or slimming massage
With a palpé roulé and various kneading techniques, the fat and water storage responsible for orange-peel skin can be reduced considerably. At the same time, the skin becomes firmer and more toned. Blood and lymph circulation are boosted, facilitating the elimination of toxins. No medication is required - everything happens naturally. Massage can be performed either manually using the palpé-roulé method, or with the Biogénie machine, which is a pompé-chassé.
Recommended duration: 1 hour, repeated regularly

Therapeutic massages

Migraines, headaches, backache, digestion problems, hay fever, sciatica, heavy legs are all everyday worries that can be relieved by a suitable massage. Fatigue or, on the contrary, over-activity, anxiety are also conditions that can be improved.

Tensions in the body are often perceptible when touched, and enable me to offer you holistic care. The aim is to achieve lasting results over time.

My experience of different massage techniques and many years of practice enable me to relieve these problems and also to find the cause. I can therefore personalize your massage by using/combining different techniques for optimum results.
Here are just a few of the types of massage I practice:

Foot reflexology
Reflexology is based on the principles of correspondence between certain areas of the foot and the body's organs. Foot massage helps to relieve the minor aches and pains of everyday life and improve the overall functioning of the body.

Mobilization - Repositioning
With rotating and stretching movements, joint problems can be relieved in this way. Vertebrae, cervical vertebrae and even the pelvis can be put back in place.

Shiatsu
Shiatsu involves applying pressure and release to the body's accupuncture meridians and energetic points, thus stimulating and regulating the circulation of energy in the body. Shiatsu accupressure is recommended as a therapy for migraine, tennis arms, heavy legs, sciatica, hay fever.

Muscle unblocking
By deep, rapid and precise movements towards the muscles, they will regain their suppleness. Massage improves joint range of action.

Energetic massages

The body's energies play an important role in our lives. Our bodies are confronted with many different stresses and our energies are affected. Various massages help to rebalance it, bringing about significant and lasting well-being.
Here are some of the methods I practice:

Reiki
One of the aims of reiki is to relieve suffering, bring mental calm, inner peace and general well-being.It' s a healing method of Japanese origin, based on energetic healing by laying on of hands to let through the universal energy the " vital breath " which circulates everywhere in Nature, including in the body, enabling its functioning and linking beings together.

Shiatsu
Shiatsu involves applying pressure and release to the body's accupuncture meridians and energetic points. These massages stimulate and regulate the circulation of energy in the body.

Korean relaxation (on the floor with clothes)
This is the type of massage that most invites you to let go. It's an original method of relaxation generated by vibration of different parts of the body. It provides deep physical and mental relaxation. It loosens deep muscles, relieves back strain, facilitates sleep and gives access to the resources of our subconscious.

Energy reprogramming
The physical, emotional and mental planes are taken into account. Emphasis is placed on the evacuation of negative emotions, both conscious and unconscious, as they accumulate in the whole body leading to both physical and psychic blockages. The person being treated becomes aware of stored emotions in the form of painful points palpated on the sternum. These are then expelled one by one with a deep exhalation assisted by the practitioner. Then we tackle the search for and release of hereditary family memories and collective memories.

Different types of yoga and relaxation methods are given at Espace Santé Harmonie. Yoga is for everyone, whatever their age, sex or religion.

A few words about me...

My name is Tania Läderach.
I created the Espace Santé Harmonie in 2002 because I wanted to have a pleasant place to offer massages that reflected my personality. Gradually, other disciplines were added, dispensed by other professionals.

I became interested in massages as early as 1992 (training in German-speaking Switzerland, French-speaking Switzerland, France and Thailand), first with classical massages, then reflexology, osteopathic readjustment, tissue lengthening and then work on the body's energies. These different aspects give me great flexibility and enable me to offer a personalized massage to relieve such things as: - stress - digestion - insomnia - varicose veins - heart problems - respiratory problems - headaches - immune system - osteopathic problems -phobias -depression -nervousness- behavioral problems ect....

Currently, I'm interested in chronic blockages due to negative emotional experiences, some of which influence the physical body.
