From Monday to Saturday, the chef offers a variety of Italian specialties, including the famous fresh homemade pasta. Here is a preview of our different dishes and flavors, but the list is long, so come and join us:

• Papardelle alla Vodka (pancetta, celery, chili pepper, vodka, and tomatoes)
• Ravioli with crab and shrimp
• Tortelloni alla Toscana with summer truffles and meat
