MACULLO SA, a constant evolution.

Created in 1957, MACULLO SA was founded by Charles MACULLO. At the time, the company specialized solely in roofing and waterproofing.

MACULLO SA was founded by Charles MACULLO.

In 1984, there was a change of ownership, with the Perroud Holding group taking over the company originally created by Mr MACULLO. This change was accompanied by a new specialization: asphalts.

A new recruit was appointed to the company.

A new recruit makes his appearance in 1985 and marks a turning point for MACULLO SA. Jean Claude MACCAUD came on board to develop the tinsmithing and roofing sector.

A few years later, MACULLO SA became a major player in the roofing sector.

A few years later, in 1994, MACULLO SA was acquired by Mr. Jean Claude MACCAUD.
