Our beers come from Brasserie des Franches Montagnes with a selection that evolves with the seasons.

Our Icy Hug ice creams are created and made by the very talented Sébastien Hug, who grew up in the village of Les Avants.

Our delicious bread and viennoiseries are prepared and supplied by Patrick, from the boulangerie au Croustilland in Chernex.

Finally, our cocktails are made from homemade syrups by the hand of our chef de salle Benjamin!
