Le Tsalè is a restaurant renowned for its typical Fribourg dishes.
In this warm setting we offer a wide range of traditional specialties, such as fondue moitié-moitié or vacherin, macaroni with cream or chalet soup. And let's not forget the famous meringues and double cream.
We have a banqueting room for up to 30 people at your disposal.
A daily menu is served from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays, you can enjoy ham on the bone, sausage with gratin dauphinois and vegetables.
A menu of salads and crudités, always made with local produce, is available in summer. The reputation of Le Tsalè is also based on its history, which began with Raoul Colliard: he had the restaurant rebuilt on the model of the alpine chalet that stood on the same site and burned down in 1976. This chalet was called "Les Paccots" and gave its name to the village.
I took over this establishment in 2009 and remain faithful to what my father created, while adding my personal touch.
The village of Les Paccots offers many opportunities to enjoy the mountains with the family. There are many activities to enjoy, including skiing, skating, hiking and snowshoeing on marked trails.
