Fred, Séverine's former chef, has taken over the reins at Le Hasard de St-Triphon to continue the fine momentum established since June 2019. Local dishes and simmered dishes continue to take pride of place, with a little extra exotic touch to surprise the taste buds and habits of our guests.

We welcome you every day of the week as well as evenings from Wednesday to Friday with or without reservation. For Pavillons, reservations are required 24 hours in advance to give our butcher time to prepare your order... They are available from Tuesday 12pm to Saturday evening.
