Hartmann Jürg

Jürg Hartmann was born on December 9, 1979. His parents ran a farm and a 3-hectare vineyard. He really enjoyed working in the vineyard and decided to become a winemaker.

He completed his first year of apprenticeship in Wil (ZH) with the Angst family, and his second year with the Reichling family in Stäfa. He spent his final year with Rosi and Peter Hermann in Fläsch.

To further his education, he attended a language school in Perth, Australia. He then worked at the
Fromm Winery la Strada in New Zealand.

When he returned from his stay abroad, he took over his parents' business. During the first few years, he completed his master's degree in Wädenswil in 2007.

His dream of owning his own wine press has now come true. He now presses and sells his wines in his own wine press.
