Welcome to our winery. Our family business in the Bündner Herrschaft has been farming and growing grapes for generations. Today, we cultivate almost six hectares of vines and press 13 fine wines.

Tastings are possible in compliance with the current regulations, hygiene and conduct rules.

A vineyard of almost six hectares is cultivated at the winery in Polish. Throughout the year, we care for the powerful vines in harmony with nature and are proud of the high-quality grape harvest.

The term "im Polnisch" is a field name. The meaning is not entirely clear. At best, it means "property of a person named Paul" or refers to "a steeply sloping meadow" or is even related to the Poles interned during the Second World War, who built many paths in the region.

The farm is managed sustainably and according to the ÖLN guidelines (proof of ecological performance), because we attach great importance to a balanced relationship between ecology and quality in our production.
