Restaurant Le Drapeau Suisse is housed in a charming small building from the 1950s that originally served as a summer retreat and stopover for early English travelers. Renovated in the late 80s and managed by the Dias family since 2001, it is now a year-round 'little paradise'. The establishment offers exceptional cuisine featuring local specialties like Hérens beef fillet and various fondues, all set in a sumptuous environment with panoramic views of the Rhône Valley.
