Created in the 50s by Mr. Jack Geneux, the company was a simple partnership, becoming a limited company on May 16, 1973.

The company was bought out in 1979 by the companies AEZ (Zürich), Wanner (Basel) and Soprema (Strasbourg).

Between 1984 and 1988, the company was acquired by Mr. Luc Delarue, and renamed ETICO SA in 1993.

In 2000, Mr. Didier Bons joined the company as partner and director.

In 2005, Mr. Laurent Stucki joins the company and becomes partner and director in 2018.

In 2015, Mr. Mathieu Machefer joins the company and becomes partner in 2019.

In 2022, a Vaud entity is created in Crissier.

Today, the company employs over 80 people and is led by Messrs. Laurent Stucki, Managing Director and Mathieu Machefer, Technical Director.
