Bergrestaurant Blatten AG

Bergrestaurant Blatten is the oldest managed mountain hut in Zermatt, welcoming guests since the beginnings of tourism around 1850. Located in the picturesque hamlet of Blatten, directly on the Furi-Zermatt ski slope and hiking trails, the establishment is run by the Taugwalder family. The restaurant offers a rustic atmosphere in a wooden chalet, a large sun terrace, and a snow bar in winter. The kitchen serves Valais specialties, including the famous truffle fondue and homemade fruit tarts, often using ingredients from their own herb garden.
