Nadija Cojanovic
My goal is for my clients to wake up and start taking responsibility for their own health.
I teach them a course on their own body. Feeling the body, trusting it and appreciating it are my basic themes.
With full-body analyses, hard and individually adapted training and knowledge transfer in nutrition, every client receives the key to a future free of diets and training stress.
The nutritional advice is individually tailored to the training plan, everyday life and objectives. The following areas are optimized through an adapted diet:
