Weekly schedule:

Monday: Meat rolls, meatloaf, meatballs,

                              Meatloaf for baking, veal burgers

                              Veal sausage (until Wednesday)

Tuesday: Fresh fish (until Thursday)

Wednesday: Fresh chicken parts (thighs, wings, whole chicken)

Thursday: Veal sausage, meat rolls, meatloaf

                                                     &nbspnbsp;      Meatloaf for baking, salsicce, rosettes

Friday:                 varying house creations, crispy bacon

                        & Tender roast beef, stuffed veal breast

                               When the weather is nice – large barbecue buffet

Saturday: Same as Friday

        & Ready-made tartare
