It was in January 2012 that we took over the Villaraboud dairy as a family. We process over 2.5 million liters of milk from 15 producers in Villaraboud la Pierraz.

After training as a master cheesemaker in Grangeneuve and working in several cheese dairies in the region, we jumped at the opportunity of the departure of the previous tenant of the premises to set up on our own.

Fromager for over 24 years, passionate about my profession, today allows me to lead a small team of five employees including a saleswoman.
