In my practice at Oberdorfstrasse 16 in Wädenswil (also on site for larger groups or teams), I support individuals, couples, groups and teams in their personal or professional situation in such a way that new perspectives open up, scope for action is expanded and one's own resources can be optimally utilized.
It is particularly important to me that the individual person is taken seriously in their situation and in their relationship field. Then difficult life situations, problems and conflicts can be tackled in such a way that coherent solutions can be found without losing out. Depending on the situation, counseling, coaching, supervision or mediation can be used for this purpose. From my systemic approach, I work in a solution- and resource-oriented way.
