L’AVY (Artisans Vignerons d’Yvorne) est une sociĂ©tĂ© coopĂ©rative fondĂ©e en 1902. Aujourd’hui, notre Ă©quipe de 10 professionnels encave, vinifie et commercialise la production de 120 membres.

Nous produisons principalement des vins rĂ©pondant Ă  l’appellation Yvorne Chablais AOC en vinifiant la rĂ©colte de 55 hectares de vignes sur les 160 hectares que compte l’aire de production.

L’encavage comprend :

  • 83% de Chasselas
  • 2% de cĂ©pages blancs (Doral, Viognier, Chardonnay...)
  • 15% de cĂ©pages rouges (Pinot Noir, Gamay, Gamaret...)

Les vins que nous produisons allient savoir-faire ancestral et techniques modernes. TournĂ©s vers l’avenir, nous cherchons Ă  Ă©lever des crus toujours plus gĂ©nĂ©reux et Ă©lĂ©gants, qui sont rĂ©guliĂšrement saluĂ©s et primĂ©s.
