Founded in 2001, the Tiefenbrunnen Clinic is the only private clinic in the canton of Zurich that specializes exclusively in plastic and aesthetic surgery. We can offer our patients optimal care in a calm, personal setting that contributes to their well-being and thus to a speedy recovery.

Plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery can mostly be performed on an outpatient basis or with a short stay of a few days in our clinic. We will care for you until you feel confident and comfortable enough to return home. Of course, we will always be available to you during your recovery and healing phase at home.

Aesthetics/Services

Wrinkle treatments/fillers: We can soften or eliminate wrinkles using various procedures without affecting your facial expressions or individual charisma.

Face: A facelift can partially reverse the signs of aging and achieve a fresher and more radiant appearance.

Eyes: An eyelid lift restores youthful openness to your eyes and gives your gaze back its intensity and expressiveness.

Hand/tumors

The team of doctors at the Tiefenbrunnen Clinic receives daily referrals from general practitioners and dermatologists for patients with tumors on the face and other parts of the body. These changes in the skin or subcutaneous tissue can be benign or malignant in nature. There is usually a medical indication for the removal of these tumors. The tissue defects resulting from their removal are treated during the same surgical session using plastic surgery methods and operated on in such a way that the external appearance and bodily functions are preserved.

These operations usually only require the patient to stay in the clinic on an outpatient basis for a few hours at most. Both the operation and follow-up treatment are billed according to the generally applicable TARMED health insurance tariff.

In exceptional cases, a hospital stay of several days may be necessary. In these cases, we will submit a request for cost approval to your health insurance company before the operation.

Tumor surgery also includes breast cancer surgery and breast reconstruction after amputation. These operations are performed at our clinic or, in the case of more complex reconstructions, at the Hirslanden Clinic.
