About me:

I founded LifeQuest to allow people to align and maintain mind, body and spirit with a natural and holistic approach, enabling you to realize your best self and live your best life possible.

I am personally convinced that you are a unique being with a very specific purpose in life. I work with all dimensions of your being: body, mind and soul. In this way, I enable you to quickly and efficiently develop your unique potential and create your ideal life.

I have been working with a wide variety of people since 2002: CEOs and managers, artists, scientists, housewives, students and couples.

In the course of my work, I support my clients in a variety of difficult situations. The spectrum ranges from straightforward career coaching and stress management to life crises, relationship problems and psychosomatic complaints. I am extremely flexible, empathic and intuitive. The development of each of my clients is a very personal concern for me. If my clients wish, I am also happy to work together with other coaches, psychologists and doctors.

A common feature of my clients is that they are open, intelligent people. They want to develop themselves further and do a lot to deal with the challenges in their lives actively and in a positive way.

A second area alongside my personal work with individual clients is workshops and seminars, which I have been running for companies and universities since 2002. The topics range from communication to stress management. I have also led various coaching groups within and outside the university environment.
