The birthplace of Wiedikerli is in Wiedikon in District 3, hence the name "Wiedikerli" for Zurich's best-known and most popular cult sausage. Since 1934, the Keller butcher's shop has been firmly established at the foot of the Uetliberg and closely linked to the city of Zurich.
