Even as a child, I sensed that there must be more to it than the obvious. What I was looking for in fantasy worlds back then, I now find in mindful awareness of the moment and my body. This conscious connection to myself allows me to experience my feelings and thoughts more clearly and makes my life much more vibrant and colorful.

Spirituality is an important part of my personality and my therapeutic approach. I am deeply convinced that every journey through life is unique and valuable and that every person already has all the necessary solutions and resources within them.

The aim of my work is to initiate a process through which my clients come into deeper contact with themselves. This should enable them to discover new perspectives from within themselves and to accompany themselves lovingly and competently out of crises.
